Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ABAP Consultant to join our SAP team on a contract basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, and implementing SAP programs within an enterprise-wide SAP system. You will collaborate with a focused team of SAP professionals and contribute to key technical solutions across business modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
• Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and S/4HANA migrations as needed.
• Deliver high-quality documentation for technical designs and user guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP programs and enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on ABAP development experience.
• In-depth experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Exposure to SAP upgrade projects and enhancement pack implementations.
• Experience with at least one S/4HANA full lifecycle implementation (preferred).
• Strong knowledge in multiple SAP modules such as SD, FI/CO, MM, PP, IM/WM, and QM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with SAP EHP8 Business Suite on HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
• Preferred working knowledge of UNIX or LINUX operating systems.
• Industry experience in IS-Automotive is a plus.
