Role Overview:


As the Salon Manager at our flagship location, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end store operations, team leadership, and delivering a consistently exceptional client experience. You’ll play a critical role in revenue generation, service quality, and maintaining Nailbox’s unique energy on-ground. The role requires a balance of daily hustle, people management, and smart execution.


Key Responsibilities:


1. People & Team Management

• Lead a team of 12–18 staff including nail technicians, beauty therapists, front desk, and housekeeping.

• Ensure the team is trained, motivated, and aligned with Nailbox’s service and culture standards.

• Handle rosters, attendance, and staff discipline while fostering a positive, performance-driven environment.

• Address escalations or team concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Client Experience & Hospitality

• Be the face of the salon – welcome clients, build rapport, and ensure they have a seamless, relaxing experience.

• Monitor service delivery, manage feedback, and resolve any complaints in real-time.

• Ensure appointments run smoothly, with minimal wait time or overlap.

3. Operational Excellence

• Manage store hygiene, maintenance, and aesthetics daily.

• Oversee front desk operations, billing accuracy, and POS management.

• Maintain inventory hygiene – track product usage, avoid pilferage, and ensure timely ordering.

• Drive compliance with safety, hygiene, and internal SOPs.

4. Sales & Targets

• Track and achieve daily/monthly revenue targets for services and memberships.

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat bookings.

• Ensure team participation in running offers, campaigns, and upsell incentives.

• Send daily revenue reports and updates to the General Manager.

5. Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Ensure in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and campaign creatives are executed as per plan.

• Collaborate with the central team to drive client engagement activities and feedback capture.

• Support social media content shoots, influencer visits, and event participation when required.

Who You Are?


• You have 3+ years of experience managing a fast-paced salon, spa, or hospitality outlet.

• You are people-first, solution-driven, and calm under pressure.

• You understand service excellence and care deeply about the client journey.

• You’re tech-savvy enough to work with salon software and basic Excel reports.

• You’re fluent in English and Hindi/Kannada and know how to hold a conversation with grace.

• You’re proactive, hands-on, and love staying one step ahead.
