Territory-Based | Onsite | Full-Time

As we expand our professional footprint, we’re seeking a Salon Development Representative to identify, engage, and activate high-potential salons in assigned territories — creating strong foundations for long-term brand success.

The Role

You’ll be the frontline connector between Eufora and the Salons in your assigned territory. Equal parts sales development, educator, and relationship-builder, you’ll:

  • Uncover new opportunities within your market through strategic, creative, and consistent outreach to provide warm, qualified leads for outside sales manager. 
  • Work closely with the sales manager to guide salons through onboarding and early success by coordinating a smooth lead pass off. 
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts in your territory with consistent communication and growth-oriented support.  

This is an onsite, territory-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a digital-first, high-touch environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales Support

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize various online and offline channels to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract leads.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and optimize tactics based on performance data.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with leads through follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Use CRM tools to track lead interactions and progress through the sales funnel.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving lead generation targets and objectives.

Relationship & Retention Support

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience: set up ordering portals, send sample kits, and introduce merchandising tools.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for assigned salons, providing ongoing support for product questions, promotions, and education.
  • Proactively follow up to ensure salons are engaged, reordering, and utilizing Eufora tools to drive retail success.
  • Spot early signs of disengagement and collaborate with Sales, Education, and Customer Service to address.
  • Support the sell-in and sell-through of new products, seasonal promotions, and retail programs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified leads passed to field sales
  • Driving engagement, sales, and retention with newly onboarded or key existing accounts
  • Creating strong alignment between salons, field sales, and internal teams

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role in B2B sales, customer success, salon support, or inside sales
  • Familiarity with independent salons or the professional beauty industry
  • Strong communication skills — personable, persuasive, and professional
  • Highly organized with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Self-starter mindset — you can manage your day, your leads, and your results
  • Comfort with virtual tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.) and remote work
  • Experience working with or supporting field-based sales teams

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience working in a salon or beauty distribution setting
  • Bilingual (Spanish is a plus depending on territory)
  • Strong Instagram or social media acumen
