We manufacture a wide variety of items from wire racks, POP displays, wire baskets, wire grids and wire shelves.

We are looking for a Sales Project Manager to join our team and help develop and implement sales strategies that will drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including setting goals, creating timelines, and coordinating resources. This position requires a creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pricing and communications with Retail and Original Equipment Manufacturing Customers.
• Service a diverse domestic customer base working mainly in steel wire, tube, and sheet metal.
• Engage with Production, Engineering, and Quality Control staff to resolve customer issues.
• Work with Engineering and Production to evaluate pricing, customer needs, and production efficiency.
• Quote build and ship as well as blanket orders with releases, taking forecasted costs into account.
• Reviewing and entering purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Reviewing customer production schedules and inventory levels.
• Prospect, generate, and convert new leads through various channels.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Limited travel to customer and facility visits. Position is production facility based.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; manufacturing sales preferred.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, are required with a wide range of team members and customers.
• Detail oriented and good organizational skills required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Ability to multi-task required.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Domestic manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be a team play, goal oriented, dependable, organized and self-motivated.
