Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Person located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Person will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and demonstrating products or services, negotiating contracts and closing sales, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks also include providing accurate sales forecasts, meeting individual and team sales goals, and collaborating with the sales team for achieving overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the human resources or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
