Summary
Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform; 2+ years with Vlocity CPQ (Salesforce Industries).
Design and implement Vlocity CPQ solutions integrated with SAP back-end systems.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable CPQ solutions.
Configure Vlocity product models, rules, pricing, and quoting logic.
Develop and manage integration points between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT for end-to-end solution delivery.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ensure CPQ solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
Strong knowledge of CPQ processes and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Vlocity tools (OmniStudio: OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures).
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.
Familiarity with SAP SD, SAP CRM, or other relevant SAP modules for integration.
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Vlocity Platform Developer Certification or relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in telecom, media, or utilities industry using Vlocity.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration patterns with Salesforce.
