As a Team Leader, you will oversee a dedicated team of Salesforce professionals and drive the successful implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet business objectives and enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts.
• Plan and oversee Salesforce implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features and functionalities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
• Proven leadership experience in managing Salesforce teams.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
