We are seeking an experienced and visionary Salesforce Solution Architect to oversee the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across our organization. This individual will play a key role in shaping how Salesforce supports the company's business objectives. This role is responsible for analysing the existing Salesforce implementation, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring the platform is fully leveraged to drive efficiency and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's platform capabilities, technical expertise in complex system design, and a strategic mindset to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will be highly business-oriented, proactive in introducing new Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Optimization & Innovation

• Introduce best practices and innovative ways to leverage Salesforce to support business growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to design and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
• Analyze the current Salesforce setup and identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes.
  
  

Maximizing Salesforce Capabilities

• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and proactively introduce new features to relevant teams.
• Develop a structured approach to ensure all users are aware of and effectively utilizing Salesforce’s latest functionalities.
• Conduct training, workshops, and documentation to drive platform adoption and best practices
  
  

Platform Strategy

• Define a long-term vision for Salesforce within the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Standardize processes and usage across departments to ensure consistency and efficiency
  
  

Technical Design & Solution Architecture

• Design scalable, flexible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for platform development.
• Optimize system performance, automation, and data model structures to support business growth.
• Oversee technical documentation, including entity-relationship diagrams (ERD), process flows, and integration designs
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years working in complex Salesforce projects and environments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities.
• Proven experience analysing and improving business processes using Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Approval Processes, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, automation, and integration best practices.
• Strong technical expertise in scalable Salesforce implementations, including multi-cloud solutions and large datasets.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns (Workato, Boomi, Salesforce connect and external system integrations).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business leaders and drive platform adoption.
• One of the following Salesforce certifications: Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset for identifying business opportunities.
