Position Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. This role plays a critical part in designing optimal Salesforce-based solutions tailored to client needs. You will work directly with stakeholders to translate business strategies into scalable, integrated, and high-impact Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate has deep experience across CRM platforms, strong visual and process design skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive business transformation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze and understand customers' business requirements to design and configure tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead business process redesign and roadmap planning across multi-cloud environments.
  • Engage with clients at various levels to gather and clarify business needs.
  • Build strong client relationships based on trust, reliability, and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and mockups to define business requirements.
  • Create and maintain user stories, business requirements documents, and backlog items aligned with Agile methodologies.
  • Support UAT and Go-Live phases including test planning, script creation, execution, and reporting.
  • Map business processes to Salesforce objects and external integrations (e.g., REST endpoints).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Document business solutions using flowcharts, visual diagrams, written guides, and videos.
  • Make informed decisions to resolve issues independently and with sound judgment.
  • Maintain billable utilization in line with role expectations.


Required Qualifications


  • 8+ years of CRM experience.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong ability to translate business strategies and goals into technical designs.
  • Excellent visual and UX design sensibility; ability to critique and optimize user flows.
  • Strong written and visual documentation skills, including process diagrams and tutorial videos.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time and task management skills.
  • Expertise in process modeling tools and industry best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of industry-specific solutions and key business processes.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in data modeling, systems analysis, and design.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
