Job Description:

The Salesforce Program Architect is critical to the shared success of our Salesforce Practice. Working with our customers and internal teams, you will be able to contribute and participate in many activities including solution design, sales, delivery, team leadership and contribute with thought leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our Manufacturing customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing business units.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, ensuring alignment of Salesforce manufacturing Industry and multi cloud solutions with business goals.
  • Lead and drive thought leadership initiatives for the client context.
  • Help mine new and upsell opportunities in the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors, product owners, and development teams to drive successful Salesforce adoption.
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce Solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Provide program leadership and governance to guide Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Create and maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and best practices for Salesforce adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and stakeholder presentations, to define project scope and expectations.
  • Support change management and user adoption strategies.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions for Manufacturing, Auto, Energy, Heavy Equipment and Utility customers.
  • Experience in Pre-Sales/ COE responsibilities.
  • Experience in at least one successful implementation of Manufacturing Cloud, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Salesforce Field Service.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce core platform, Field Service, PRM, Data Cloud, manufacturing cloud and Omni Studio.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP system.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.


Certification

  • Salesforce.com certifications (Sales Cloud and Field Service certification – Must Have)
  • Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional – Preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect – Preferred
  • Salesforce certified Data Cloud Consultant - Preferred

Education

Relevant degree required.


Pay Range:

Base Salary: $1,72,550per annum to $2,25,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.

In addition, we offer a commission which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.


The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
