Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Architect for a contract role based on-site in Menlo Park, CA. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and related modules, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. This is a client-facing role requiring in-office presence and a collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions tailored to business requirements
• Utilize Salesforce capabilities including Omni-Channel, Flow IDE, Workflows, and Entitlements to enhance customer service processes
• Define system architecture and design standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards

Required Skills:

• 10–15 years of overall Salesforce experience with a strong focus on Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel, Flow IDE, Workflow rules, and Entitlement Management
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and initiative

Nice to Have:

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect)
• Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
