Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Salesforce Delivery Manager with previous experience to lead our Banking/FinTech projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Lead and manage Salesforce projects. Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases and ensuring that all requirements are met before deployment. Utilize project management tools such as ADO. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance team efficiency. Mentor team members in organizational skills and effective project execution strategies. Experience Proven experience as a Delivery Manager with Salesforce projects. Familiarity with AWS and Azure services is a plus. Strong understanding of Scaled Agile. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Demonstrated experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes, including the development of test cases. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
