Manage end-to-end delivery and support of Salesforce projects from project initiation to delivery and support of deployed projects. Responsible for all aspects of project planning and delivery from defining project plan, budget, costs, resourcing, design, development and deployment of the project. Managing all customer interactions, status reporting and communications with customer and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Project planning and delivery as per established standards and processes
Manage and execute projects within the agreed budgets, costs and scheduled timelines
Planning resources and staffing of resources for project execution
Managing project deliverables in the onsite-offshore model confirming to high quality standards using standard project management methodologies i.e. Waterfall, Agile/DevOps
Reporting on project progress and status, project KPIs and metrics as per quality norms.
Responsible for managing cross-functional project team, managing team performance and appraisals
Managing all Customer interactions, customer meetings, communications, status reporting on projects and responsible for customer satisfaction
Deliver Projects confirming to Salesforce recommended best practices
Contribute to building internal assets, re-usable assets and pre-packaged solutions
Co-ordinate with Salesforce Partner team for required support from Salesforce
Maintain deep functional and technical understanding of Salesforce products and solutions
Collaborate with presales team for support on proposal preparations and effort estimations and for knowledge transfer during project initiation
Required Experience And Skills
Highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.
Experience of presenting to senior leaders and C-level execs and working with customer IT Heads, business heads and Project managers
Strong Leadership and Team Management skills. Managed team of 10-15 resources
Strong Project management experience using Waterfall, Agile, DevOps framework. Good knowledge and experience of Salesforce DX
Solid functional knowledge across Salesforce products and solutions
Experience of delivering Salesforce solutions integrated with other enterprise solutions like ERP, HCM, Middleware, Data warehousing, BI/AI
Total Experience of 10-12 years with 5 years Project Management experience on Salesforce
Atleast 2 large end-to-end project implementations for enterprise customers
Must have Salesforce Certification(s)
Team player. Works collaboratively with sales, presales and delivery teams
Desired Skills And Experience
Knowledge of other enterprise class solutions like ERP, HCM, Middleware, DW, BI/AI
Experience of integrations with other Salesforce products e.g. Mulesoft, Heroku, Tableau, Mulesoft
Experience of AppExchange product development and AppExchange guidelines
Experience of working and engaging with customers in Europe, Middle East and India regions
Knowledge and experience in Financial Services, Health, Government, Retail/CG industries preferred
Highly aware of industry trends and latest developments on CRM solutions
