Job Description

:

• Should have strong understanding of Salesforce Platform
• Should have good understanding of Discreet manufacturing and/or Automotive parts manufacturing industry domain
• Should have good understanding of Salesforce Manufacturing cloud
• Should have ability to review and approve functional design
• Lead workshops to refine the requirements with customer. Should have ability to understand and translate high level requirements into functional user stories
• Should have experience managing complex salesforce implementations
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across different customer teams like business, IT, etc. ensuring alignment and communication.
• Establish trust with the customer’s leadership, promoting and/or implementing best practices with SFI and Salesforce
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party stakeholders
• Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner, and seeing an issue through to completion
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
