Salesforce Product Manager
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be pivotal in enhancing and optimizing SharkNinja's Salesforce and associated platforms to deliver a seamless consumer experience, specifically by:
* Developing and executing the product strategy and deliverables for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, ensuring a unified and frictionless consumer experience across all digital touchpoints and creating seamless integrations with other CX systems.
* Collaborating with CX operations, Logistics, Marketing and Digital Technology teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and align with SharkNinja's consumer experience goals.
* Leading the end-to-end definition, design, development and deployment of Salesforce platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with SharkNinja's consumer objectives.
* Acting as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related activities, building strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
* Driving consumer satisfaction by enhancing order management, service delivery, and personalized consumer interactions across digital channels.
* Owning and managing change initiatives and training programs to ensure successful adoption and optimization of Salesforce platforms within the CX team and across the organization.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a D2C eCommerce or consumer experience environment.
* Expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, with hands-on experience in creating and implementing solutions, optimizations, and integrations.
* Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
* A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience managing product roadmaps, defining product features, driving development of and working in Agile development environments.
* An ability to completely own the platforms for the Cx team, including hands on configuration through to definition of strategy and project management.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce reporting tools to track KPIs and improve platform performance.
* Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments and lead conversations with vendors.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
