Job Summary
As a Principal Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. With a focus on data governance and data quality you will ensure that our systems are robust scalable and efficient. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams during day shifts without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
* Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
* Provide expert guidance on data governance and data quality best practices to maintain the integrity and reliability of our data assets.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
* Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
* Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
* Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of solutions and ensure they meet design specifications.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and stakeholders.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and user expectations.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications

* Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
* Demonstrate strong expertise in data governance and data quality to ensure the integrity of data assets.
* Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering results on time.
* Show proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
* Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
* Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of growth and development.
Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 06/06/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $125,000- 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
