Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Principal Developer in Saint Louis, MO. Key Responsibilities: * Salesforce Principal Developer will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce development initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams within a matrixed organization * Foster collaboration among marketing, IT, and business units to align on technical requirements and implementation strategies * Leverage Salesforce's capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions * Guide integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability * Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles, ensuring data integrity and security * Design and implement successful Salesforce solutions, including custom development, data unification, segmentation, and analytics * Oversee data imports and exports, perform data cleansing and deduplication, and ensure data quality * Analyze system performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights into Salesforce efforts * As a Salesforce Principal Developer, you will provide training and support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform * Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of data and alignment with business objectives * Lead initiatives to set up new Salesforce-driven projects, including market research, strategy development, and execution* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field * Certified Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect * Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and II * Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud * Advanced flow and Apex experience * Experience in change management and governance * Proven experience in finding elegant solutions to complex problems and driving growth initiatives * Excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive attitude to platform enhancements * Ability to translate technical information into layman's terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Preferred Qualifications: * Certified Salesforce Technical Architect * Experience with Data Cloud, focusing on both data unification and segmentation * Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge * Active in the Salesforce community
