As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower our Marketing teams to leverage the Marketing Cloud automation platform.

Responsibilities

  • Seeking candidates with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and integration with Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Take the lead in requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work,
  • Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders,
  • Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio
  • Design and implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio,Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize further,
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics,
  • Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. (Nice to have) proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement,
  • Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources,
  • Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud,
  • Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.


Requirements

  • Seeking an experienced Salesforce technology expert responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Translate complex business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal feature development team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementation.
  • Stay in tune with latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s).
  • Understand the ins and outs of complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity
  • Responsible for the iteratively improving our Marketing Cloud data model and architecture
  • Enjoy teaching and coaching the business team on how to best use SFMC
  • Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users to utilize.
