Summary

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles (e.g., developers, system admins, analysts, project managers).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and social media to identify suitable candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on market trends in technology hiring, salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and share updates with stakeholders.
