Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOps SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to impactful projects in the Education domain. Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps processes to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
• Handle SFDC data management tasks including data migration data quality and data integration.
• Utilize SFDC Lightning to create user-friendly interfaces and enhance user experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Configure Salesforce settings and features to optimize system performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Salesforce development and customization.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
