Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, document, validate, and review business requirements.
• Understand the requirements, communicate with business stakeholders, technical architects, designers, developers.
• Develop, execute, and document test cases, ensuring thorough validation and defect tracking.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Identify and document test cases, defects using tools like Jira and work closely with teams to resolve issues.
• Automate validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align the technical solutions with business requirements and objectives.
• Provide recommendations to improve process workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in project planning and provide status updates to project managers.
• Assist in the design and implementation of system integrations with Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
  
  

Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000 a year
