We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Development Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our Salesforce org in Bangalore. You will drive innovation, ensure scalability, and align Salesforce solutions with business needs across sales, student applications, and financial operatio

• ments.Build and maintain Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, Experience Cloud portals, and other web technol
• ogies.Ensure code coverage through the construction of Apex test cl
• asses.Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, Web Services, and middl
• eware.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal perfor
• mance.Provide technical support and documentation for Salesforce users and administr
• ators.Offer enhancement support to system users and maintain relation
• ships.Specify and test new developments while liaising with internal
• users.Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend process improve

  Experience working in Salesforce dev
• elopmentProficient in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development techn
• ologies.Familiar with Salesforce tools and frameworks such as Salesforce DX, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Design
• System.Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms using APIs, web services, and mid
• dleware.Knowledge of Salesforce configurations (Objects, Fields, Flows, Page Layouts, OOTB Functionali
• ty etc.)Knowledge of Salesforce Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets/Groups, FLS, Apex Shari
• ng etc.)Someone who can think outside of the box and recommend alternative so
• lutions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic envi
• ronment.Good understanding of data structures and data m
• odeling.A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work exp
• erience.Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication
• skills.Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer 1, and Platform App
• Builder.Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Change Man
• agement.Familiarity with third-party tools like Conga and DocuSign, as well as technologies integrating with Sal
• esforce.Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Admissions teams, with direct people leadership exp

erience.
