Summary

As a Salesforce Administration - Billing, you will assume responsibility for the administration and growing use of Salesforce.com, and multiple add-ons that interface with Salesforce.com. You will utilize Salesforce.com abilities to meet all multi-department collaboration and CRM objections as well as improve the lives of all users utilizing our CRM application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business requirements and supports our customer service operations. Your expertise will be crucial in driving efficiency, improving user experience, and enabling our team to deliver top-notch customer support. You will assume responsibility for the administration and growing use of Salesforce.com, and multiple add-ons that interface with Salesforce.com. What you will do: Optimize individual and team performance related to the usage of Salesforce.com by working across multiple business functions to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes. Champion data governance initiatives to drive consistent and proper handling of data across the business. Manage our APEX code inside of Salesforce to support our custom workflows. Oversee data management related to Salesforce.com forecasting, contract management, opportunities, dashboards and reporting, and mass imports and exports of data. Translate and implement user requests into meaningful enhancements to the system, including creating custom reports, objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, etc. Maintain a strong understanding of other related business applications in order to make recommendations for company-wide system and process improvements. Establish high standards of excellence for business critical processes and systems. Factors for success: 2 Years of Salesforce admin experience – with exposure to APEX and SOQL Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or related discipline. Strong analytical and data management capabilities. Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis and solution identification with diverse technical abilities. Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Billing as well as CPQ. Must be able to work US daily hours Why pick Zywave?
