Required Skills

• Expertise in Apex classes, triggers, and test classes
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Declarative Automation
• Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Ability to design and build Reports & Dashboards
• Experience in data management using tools like Data Loader / Dataloader.io
• Hands-on exposure to REST API integration
• Excellent communication skills - ability to work closely and interact with client stakeholders
  
  

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Knowledge of Omni-Channel, SLA, and Entitlement setups
• Familiarity with third-party integrations like WhatsApp, SMS APIs, or eSignatures

Location : Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurugram

Mode : Hybrid - Minimum 3 days from office

Shift Timing : 12 PM to 9 PM IST (Fixed Shift)

Joining : Immediate
