We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications, focusing on custom solutions and seamless integration with external services. You will collaborate closely with engineers and developers across different infrastructure layers, requiring strong teamwork, problem-solving, and design skills to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Design, build, and maintain robust Apex code and Visualforce pages
• Develop and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party services
• Oversee Salesforce data modeling, metadata, and database management
• Debug, test, and ensure high code quality and application reliability
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and support Salesforce upgrades

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including integration and data modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification preferred
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning
• Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and learn Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft HCM.
