Position: Lead Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Salesforce Developer responsible for the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API experience and will guide a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce applications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
• Guide development best practices and perform code reviews.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and support continuous learning.
• Support deployment and release management activities.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.) is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
