We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, along with hands-on experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services) or AliCloud (Alibaba Cloud). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platform development, cloud integrations, and custom solution design. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, cloud computing, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, and triggers to support business processes.
  • Develop and optimize Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms (AWS/AliCloud).
  • Configure and customize Service Cloud to enhance customer support and case management processes.
  • Implement omnichannel routing, live agent chat, and other Service Cloud features to improve customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles, macros, and service console configurations.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and automation using Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure and manage data extensions, subscriber lists, and personalized content.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems for seamless data flow.
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS or AliCloud to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Develop and maintain serverless functions (e.g., AWS Lambda, AliCloud Function Compute) for event-driven integrations.
  • Manage cloud storage, databases, and data pipelines to support Salesforce data synchronization and analytics.
  • Ensure secure and efficient data transfer between Salesforce and cloud platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, performance, and integrations.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, cloud technologies, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proven experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS) or AliCloud (e.g., Function Compute, OSS, RDS).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) for Salesforce deployments.
  • Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines preferred.


Certifications (Preferred):

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AliCloud Certified Professional.
