Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Configure and customize Salesforce, including Apex development and integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
• Implement and maintain Salesforce automation tools such as Flow and Approval Processes.
• Ensure robust Salesforce data security through effective use of permission sets and groups, roles, and sharing settings.
• Customize and automate processes using declarative tools such as Flows, OmniScripts, and App Builder.
• Extend Salesforce capabilities with scale- and performance-proof Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) using the Salesforce DX toolset and best practices.
• Work with Salesforce Industries/Omnistudio to build scalable, industry-specific solutions.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making (optional).
• Configure Salesforce products and out-of-the-box (OOTB) features to maximize efficiency.
• Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated deployments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, automation, and data management best practices.
• Extend Salesforce capabilities with scale- and performance-proof Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries/Omnistudio is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Latvian and English (both written and verbal).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
• Apply best practices and solution design patterns to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce implementations.
