What you will have:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive expertise in Apex coding to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and be capable of designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that meet our business needs. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• .Analyze complex business processes and develop detailed system process flows to support design and development.
• Perform Salesforce integration with other systems and applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials for users.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with Salesforce functionality, customizing and adapting the platform as needed.
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce end-users.
• Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Strong understanding of SOQL and SOS.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and HTML, and familiarity with SQL and databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies.
