Summary

3+ years’ experience developing Salesforce custom components, triggers, and pages using Flow builder, APEX, Aura, LWC, and guided flows.

  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud module and experience.
  • Experience with designing and developing Salesforce solutions focusing on customer experience and product mindset.
  • Actively follows the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
  • Responsible for the development, testing, and integration of applications and systems that support business operations.
  • Experience with email to case logic is a plus
  • Design and execute customized solutions leveraging the SFDC toolset utilizing best practices.
  • Integration of Salesforce with other systems through APIs.
  • Experience working in Safe Agile Teams

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States.

  • Third Skill Required: Integration with MuleSoft
