About the Role

Kiteworks is looking for a highly driven and talented Salesforce Developer to join our team of world-class professionals.

Job requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud as an administrator or consultant
• Practical experience in implementing automated processes with flows in Salesforce
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required); Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and development tools (e.g., Git, Salesforce DX).
• Enjoy goal-oriented and independent work as well as a desire to learn new things
• Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ, building on the content of a CPQ Specialist certification
• Enjoy developing solutions together with other departments

Bonus Points if You Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect)
• Initial experience with Salesforce Billing, for example through the Superbadges Billing Specialist and Advanced Billing Specialist
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of communities in Salesforce (Experience Cloud)

Job responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
• Build and deploy custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing of custom solutions.
• Deploy changes and enhancements through different environments (development, testing, staging, production) using VSCode other deployment tools.
• Administration and further development of our business processes in Salesforce, especially in the areas of Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing) and Experience Cloud
• Maintenance and further development of interfaces from Salesforce to other systems in our digital supply chain, such as HubSpot
• Process automation using flows, especially in the Salesforce CPQ and billing environment
• Optimization of our business processes in Salesforce together with the business analysts and specialist departments
• Professional and technical contact for CRM and Salesforce topics
• Maintenance and operation of Salesforce and other systems in the go-to-market area
