Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce applications to fulfill business requirements.
• Create and customize Visualforce pages and Salesforce Lightning components.
• Perform data modeling and management to enhance Salesforce functionalities.
• Integrate various third-party APIs with Salesforce for seamless data flow.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Provide support during the deployment process and manage post-deployment activities.
• Document the design and development processes for reference purposes.
• Stay updated with latest Salesforce features and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user roles and profiles management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the development process.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of work.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and API.
• Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts in Salesforce.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in customizing Salesforce applications based on client requirements.
• Knowledge of best practices for Salesforce implementation and management.
