We are looking for a Salesforce Expert Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our success as we continue to scale rapidly. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain Salesforce best practices, ensuring the platform is used to its fullest potential.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation to improve business processes.
Integrate Salesforce with other tools and platforms, particularly Retool, to enhance functionality.
Train and support team members in Salesforce usage and best practices.
Monitor and maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
Stay updated on Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Expert, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role. ideally in a full time Management capacity
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex.
Experience with Retool and integrating it with Salesforce.
Strong understanding of CRM best practices and strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
