Job Description ::

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)/Vlocity Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce CPQ and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CPQ and Vlocity solutions to meet business needs.

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions.

Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows within Salesforce CPQ.

Customize Vlocity components, including EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog), CPQ, and Order Management.

Integrate Salesforce CPQ and Vlocity with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ/Vlocity functionalities.

Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to optimize the platform’s performance.

Qualifications And Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including EPC, CPQ, and Order Management.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools) and Salesforce APIs.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control, and DevOps practices is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
