The Role

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Pune/Indore

Experience Required: 4 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and system functionality.
• Lead Salesforce integration efforts with third-party applications and systems using APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Utilize Salesforce CPQ to streamline the quoting and billing processes, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Participate in the architecture and design discussions, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices.
• Ensure that all solutions adhere to security and compliance standards within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization efforts.

• Salesforce Development: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including customization and configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• CPQ Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ, with a strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and billing processes.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Proficient in designing and developing LWC components to enhance user interfaces and functionality.
• Salesforce Integration: Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using Salesforce APIs, REST, and SOAP services.
• Salesforce Architecture & APIs: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and APIs to ensure efficient integration and development.
