The Position We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer (Contractual) to take ownership of the design, implementation, customization, and integration of our Salesforce instance. This role involves supporting related applications and databases to enhance our business operations. The candidate must have deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including expertise in analytics using Tableau CRM Analytics (CRMA). Candidate should be accustomed to working independently. Identify and implement ways to improve existing and introduce new processes to meet business needs. Design and implement features that reduce churn, increase revenue, drive efficiency, and reduce cost. Maintain sales database including import of leads, contacts, and other data. Build custom reports and dashboards to support business insights. Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce and related applications. Manage users, roles, profiles, sharing rules and groups to maintain appropriate security levels. Create and maintain documentation for requirements, designs, processes, flows, implementation and test plans. Evaluate and install Salesforce releases, and provide necessary training and support to users. Qualifications and skills requirements Evaluate and install Salesforce releases and provide necessary training and support to users. 3+ years in a Salesforce Administration role (Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) 3+ years experience in a Salesforce development role (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer preferred) Knowledge of Tableau and CRM Analytics (CRMS) is a great plus. Ability to integrate with external API endpoints (SOAP and REST APIs) Experience in Salesforce Marketing Automation - Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) would be a plus.
