Description

We are offering an opportunity to Salesforce Developer to be a part of our team in Columbus, Ohio, Minneapolis, MN, OR Dallas, TX. This role is centered around Salesforce development, where you'll be contributing to our development activities across multiple Salesforce platforms. This position provides an exciting opportunity to be a part of a collaborative environment and work within an agile scrum team.

Hybrid 3 Days Onsite

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and configuration of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation

Ensure the scalability of designs and solutions

Stay updated with the latest developments on the Salesforce platform

Collaborate with scrum teammates to incorporate technical integrity and best practices in design solutions

Conduct code reviews for teammates and provide constructive feedback

Communicate issues and implications effectively and in a timely manner

Test personal and team development efforts in coordination with Quality Assurance lead

Resolve production issues when applicable

Facilitate discussions to adapt practices to new knowledge or circumstances

Document complex schema and share architectural structures with others in an understandable manner

Explore various problem-solving possibilities, proofs of concepts, and framework

Requirements

Proven experience in sales and consulting, with a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships

Expertise in the design and implementation of digital projects, utilizing best practices and agile scrum methodologies

Significant experience in project management, with an emphasis on coordination and event planning

Demonstrated proficiency in software development, specifically with API development and R Code

Deep understanding of integration techniques, component selection, and configuration management

Ability to execute and scale out transformation projects, including the deployment of advanced frameworks and patterns

Familiarity with the latest industry practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptation

Experience in working with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
