Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Morning shift


Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce App Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build AppExchange apps that meet Salesforce security and compliance guidelines.
  • Create custom UI components for dynamic and interactive user experiences.
  • Develop declarative and programmatic solutions to optimize business workflows.
  • Implement Salesforce Mobile App solutions for better accessibility and usability.


Mobile & Web App Development

  • Integrate Salesforce applications with third-party systems, mobile apps, and web platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and middleware.
  • Develop and maintain custom APIs for seamless data exchange between applications.
  • Implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
  • Design and develop responsive applications that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Utilise JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) alongside Salesforce technologies to create rich web and mobile experiences.
  • Develop Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and integrate them with Salesforce for enhanced mobile functionality.


Performance Optimization & Security

  • Optimize code performance, data structures, and query efficiency for scalable applications.
  • Implement security best practices, including user authentication, encryption, and access control.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security guidelines, AppExchange security review, and GDPR.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for app development to cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality and reliability.


Organizational Responsibilities & Compliance

  • Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Management Standards are incorporated into service delivery.
  • Perform all other reasonable additional duties as requested by management.


Qualification and requirements:

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and app development.
  • Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK, AppExchange app development, and packaging.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
  • Experience with Salesforce AppExchange security review processes.
  • Familiarity with any deployment tools such as Git, DevOps tools, CI/CD (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).
  • Salesforce Developer Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect) preferred.


Skills and Knowledge

  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in creating content for different platforms, including web, social media, email, and print.
  • Strong understanding of how to gather and structure stories to build emotional resonance and drive engagement.
  • Exposure to social media management, content scheduling, and analytics tools.
  • A good eye for design and experience working with creative teams or design tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.


Qualifications

  • Experience developing custom mobile apps using Salesforce Mobile SDK.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms (Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, MuleSoft Composer).
  • Experience with AI-powered Salesforce tools (Agentforce, Einstein AI, Tableau CRM, Apex Predictive Models).
  • Knowledge of React Native or Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
