We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will require a deep technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, extensive development experience, and proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Service, to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Expertise in FinancialForce (Certinia), Tableau CRM (CRMA), AWS integrations, and advanced Salesforce customizations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to meet evolving business needs.
  • Optimize and maintain the Salesforce environment with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
  • Develop and support advanced automation processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
  • Manage and enhance FinancialForce (Certinia) applications, ensuring seamless functionality across financial processes.
  • Build and optimize Tableau CRM (CRMA) dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
  • Implement AWS-based integrations to extend Salesforce functionality and streamline data exchange.
  • Perform technical design reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Manage third-party integrations and AppExchange applications, customizing as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business processes into technical solutions, and deliver project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, data models, and code libraries.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security protocols, including user roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.

The Skills & Experience We Look For

  • 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on custom Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FinancialForce (Certinia) development and administration.
  • Proficiency in Tableau CRM (CRMA) dashboard design and advanced reporting.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and other external systems.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, data management, and object relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, performance optimization, and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for Salesforce deployment.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, FinancialForce Specialist, and Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery certifications are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
