The role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer for our office in VASS BRASOV, who would join a team of open-minded and personable people.

And you?

As a Salesforce Developer/ Consultant, you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide quality Salesforce solutions aligned with digital transformation goals.

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Automation tools.

Participate in all development lifecycle phases, including analysis, testing, and support.

Customize and configure Salesforce for optimal performance, scalability and client satisfaction.

Troubleshoot issues, document processes, and provide maintenance.

Work closely with project teams and stay current on Salesforce updates, suggesting improvements for client solutions.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 yeas of experience with the Salesforce platform.

Experience developing efficient and scalable processes using Apex, and some experience with Lightning Web Components. Pragmatic mindset with the ability to trade -offs for optimization and timely delivery.

Ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Salesforce certification is an asset.
