Technical Skills/Experience:
· Min. of 3 to 4 years of development experience in Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud
· Good understanding of Agile methodology and DEV OPS Framework including JIRA.
· Must have good knowledge & work experience in
- SFDC configuration, customization, Reports and Dashboards.
- Understanding of Salesforce Objects, Data Model, Governor Limits and Code Coverage.
- Administrative or declarative features like validation rules, Flows(with Best Practices), approval process and creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Record Types
- Programming with APEX Class, Triggers, Batch and Schedule classes, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, Visual Force and OOPS concept.
- Well versed with Visual Studio Code, Data Loader, Workbench, Data import wizard.
· Experienced in building complex requirements using LWC(Lighting web components) and possess knowledge of JavaScript(ECMAScript (ES) standards, including ES6, ES7, ES8, ES9, ES10, and ES11) used in LWC.
· Good Knowledge in Salesforc eCPQ(Configure Price quote).
· Knowledge/Experience working with the salesforce digital experience customer/partner portal.
· Expertise/understanding in Copado Deployment process, Bitbucket/GIT repositories.
· Integration experience using APIs/web services (SOAP, Rest, etc.)
· Experience working in development, interacting with the business users; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
· Force platform matching qualifications like HTML5, CSS especially for app development.
Responsibilities
· Day to day development activities, and primarily focus on custom development tasks on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex, Lightning Web components and low code automation tools.
· Creation of stable, lean and easily maintainable interfaces to ensure better user experience and seamless end-to-end process execution
· Create, develop and support SFDC custom solutions and integrations.
Desirable criteria and Qualifications:
· An Engineering graduate/Post Graduate (BE/BTech/MCA).
· Good behavioral and learning attitude towards work and team.
· Salesforce.com Salesforce Certification in Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer 1 and ADM201(Admin) or Platform App Builder are required.
· Ensures good working relationships with team members and customers.
· Consult with Business analyst to research and correctly interpret business requirements and technical specifications, with the current application version or future enhancements.
· Experience working with Global teams.
· Fluent in English Speaking, Writing and Presentation.
· Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented, with excellent organization and effective follow-up skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
· Passion for technology, industry research and enjoys solving business problems.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations.
· The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
