Work on APEX coding, batch class as needed
Support development of CRM Salesforce re- sources by participating, contributing in team discussions and sharing learnings
Manage Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, auto- mated approvals
Participate in complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, bene- fits and recommendations
Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
Should have supported clients on live pro- duction environment at SME level
Good team player but independent enough to work as an individual contributor, if the candidate can manage and technically di- rect the small team of 4 to 5 would be an added advantage
Quick ramp up on the existing and provide product/process solution/support at a faster speed
To participate in project handover activities, understand the BRD documents, to be able to perform the enhancement activities inde- pendently post hyper care period
To participate in a regular internal status fol- low-up of the project with leads and other managers and provide honest and clear updates
Confident and good communicator espe- cially with the stakeholders independently

Required Skills And Experience
Demonstrated technical and dev team man- agement experience
4 to 6 years of IT experience, 4 years SFDC solution delivery experience, including Salesforce Administrator and Developer experience
Visualforce, Apps, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
Experience with design, dev and implemen- tation of Lightning and Native Salesforce Mobile AppsFunctional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
Flexible timings, willing to work in shifts BE in Computer Science/ Information Technology, MCA, BTech
Preferred Skills
Experience working with the Pharmaceutical Industry or a Commercial Sales Organization
Service Cloud experience
Experience with Agile solution delivery Proficient in Apex coding and SOQL
