Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect on sprint planning.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop user stories and guide UAT.
Assist with the Salesforce Helpdesk in Jira.
Take ownership of critical system components, becoming a Salesforce expert.
Gathering requirements based on business use cases
Create clean and elegant solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Maintain essential documentation.
Lead and participate in calls with the internal Salesforce team and key business contacts.
Manage deployments of new functionality.
Review Salesforce release documentation and assess its impact.
Monitor data quality in Salesforce and suggest resolution processes.
Provide ad-hoc user support and training as needed.
Required Skills:
Competent with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and SOQL Queries
Proven experience in developing Lightning Web Components and applications in a variety of settings
Some knowledge of Visualforce would be beneficial to support legacy applications but not required.
Proficient in Custom Objects, Junction Objects, Roll-up Summary, and Formula Fields
Able to follow best practices in maintaining Profiles and Permission Sets
Solid skills in building Flows, including Record Triggered and Screen Flows
Confident with Validation Rules
Experience with Record Types and how they impact and benefit a system
A deep understanding of Products and Price Books – any CPQ experience will be highly beneficial
Comfortable working with Cases, Opportunities, and Quotes
Excellent attention to detail
Strong data analysis skills, including working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel
