Summary

Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Austin, TX - onsite

Compensation: 140-170k FTE + equity

Requirements: Will be granted for a federal clearance, permanent residency required. Sponsorship not available at this time.



We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support our internal customer management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities working with Salesforce cloud products at scale.


Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration & Development

  • Configure, customize, and enhance our Salesforce environment, primarily Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
  • Build and maintain custom solutions and integrations to extend platform capabilities
  • Handle multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and business requirements
  • Communicate progress effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Provide user training on Salesforce functionality and best practices

Business Process Analysis

  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and design technical solutions
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions

Technical Support

  • Deliver expert technical assistance to internal Salesforce users
  • Create and maintain documentation for system customizations
  • Support daily operations for 75+ Salesforce users

Integration Management

  • Utilize Workato, DocuSign and other tools to streamline cross-platform processes
  • Ensure reliable data synchronization between Salesforce and other business systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 3+ years experience developing and customizing Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud and FSL
  • Experience in regulated compliance environments (FedRAMP, CMMC, IL4) is preferred
  • Proficiency with MYSQL, JavaScript, Apex, Native, and VisualForce
  • Experience with API integrations and Workato
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to write test cases and validate them
  • Excellent communication skills and project management capabilities
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

Additional Details

  • Full-time, on-site position at our Austin, TX location
  • May require occasional travel (less than 25%) to support field operations or business needs
