About the Gig:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated senior level Salesforce Developer to join our team and help us enhance our Salesforce solutions. The primary focus of this role will be on Salesforce Development / Advanced Automation and Integrations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.

A Day-in-the-Life:

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
• Design and implement advanced automation solutions using both code and declarative tools
• Create seamless integrations between Salesforce and other business applications, using both native and custom-coded solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues
• Write software externally using Python and/or Java with Spring Framework, as needed
• Ensure best practices and maintainable code by following Salesforce development guidelines and industry standards
• Assist with code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Interact with customers during the engagement process
  
  

A Successful Salesforce Developer will:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java with Spring Framework
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes and tools, such as Git, CI/CD, and deployment management
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
