Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, workflows, REST APIs, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, page layouts, validations, formulas, and workflow rules.
• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Implement and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ modules to meet client requirements.
• Customize and extend standard Salesforce functionality to address specific business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.
• Participate in end-to-end project implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Adhere to development best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate UI/UX designs into Salesforce applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
• Perform data migration using Data Loader and other relevant tools.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration and ongoing data management.
• Configure and customize Salesforce environments to meet specific business requirements.
• Maintain and update Salesforce configurations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
  
  

Position Requirements & Experience Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project implementation.
• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Proficiency in Apex, triggers, workflows, REST APIs, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Mandatory requirement for Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI/UX integration.
• Familiarity with data migration using Data Loader and other relevant tools.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and AppExchange development.
