Essential Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years of development experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce Apex.
• Proven experience with nCino implementation and customization.
• Strong knowledge of API development (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with AutoRABIT (strong plus).
• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps for pipelines and work item tracking.
• Comfortable using Git for version control.
• Solid understanding of banking and loan processes and workflows.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with Simplify@Scale (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
