Required Skills and Experience:

7+years of core development experience in Salesforce.com.

4-5 years of Omni-Channel experience in Lightning Components, Lightning Events, Lightning

Page Templates.

 4-5 years of development experience in Visualforce, Apex, and Process Flows.

 4-5 years of development experience in MuleSoft.

 Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud & Integra􀆟on.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Omni-Channel and administration, including:

o Defining routing, queues, user management, security controls, and data governance.

o Creating roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards.
