Summary

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience supporting and administering Salesforce CRM in a financial industry domain

Technical Skills: hands on experience in MS Excel, Ability to write and understand SQL Query, knowledge of Salesforce CRM configuration (role / profile) and reports Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must be able to communicate effectively with business users, technical team members, and management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are important, as they will be required to troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause of problems.

Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is essential when working with data in Salesforce CRM, as even small errors can have significant impacts on the accuracy of reports and other data-driven decisions. Customer Service Orientation:

A strong customer service orientation is critical, as the Salesforce CRM Support Specialist will be working directly with end-users to resolve issues and answer questions.

Ability to Work in a Team:

The ability to work collaboratively with other members of the support team, as well as with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, is essential.
