Responsibilities


Job Description :

  • Administration and Configuration:
    • Maintain and customize CRM / CPQ Sales applications, and other modules as needed.
    • Configure and manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
    • Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
    • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
    • Manage data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
    • Develop / Write APEX class, APEX Test classes, Triggers and LWC components
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide timely and effective technical support to Salesforce users.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
    • Document system configurations and processes.
  • System Maintenance and Optimization:
    • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features.
    • Perform regular system audits and data quality checks.
    • Implement and maintain best practices for Salesforce administration.
    • Manage sandboxes and deployments.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of Salesforce roadmaps.
Qualifications


  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
    • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
    • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, writing (APEX exp.) code, and reporting
    • Experience with data management and data quality best practices.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security, and data management.
    • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
    • Experience with Apex or Visual force.
